Rules and Policies for Golf Course
USGA RULES GOVERN ALL PLAY
Player Registration
- Every player must register in the Pro Shop prior to play
- Advanced booking of a tee-time is recommended. You can schedule a tee-time by calling the Pro Shop at 703-3675-2443
- Each player is required to have their own set of clubs
- Each player is responsible for damage to persons or property which results from his or her action
Dress Policy
- Proper golf attire must be worn at all times. No blue jeans, cut-off shorts, tee shirts, or tank tops
- Appropriate golf shoes, tennis shoes or similar type flat bottom shoes must be worn. No construction boots or similar work boots
- Broad Run Golf is a Non-Metal Spike facility
Alcoholic Beverages
- No private coolers are permitted on the facilities without prior arrangements
- No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises
- Alcoholic beverages purchased at Broad Run Golf cannot be taken off the premises
Powered Golf Carts
- A drivers license or learner's permit is required to operate a power cart
- Maximum of two riders and two golf bags allowed per cart
- Carts must stay completely on cart path on par 3's, tee boxes and greens
- Carts are not permitted in parking lot
- Children not allowed to drive cart even with parent supervision
- No unsafe or reckless driving allowed
- Carts shall be operated in accordance with daily cart path rules
Pace of Play
- Pace: 2 hours and 15 minutes per nine hole
- Please keep pace with the group in front of you. If you lose your position, you may be asked to pick up your ball and move forward
- Please obey any verbal rules given by the starter or marshal
